AIMS OF THE JOURNAL

The Journal of Engineering, Technology and Planning (JOETP) advances critical understanding of the diverse aspects of Engineering, Technology and Planning specifically pertinent to the context of developing countries including Nepal. The Journal publishes theoretical, conceptual and empirical research that explores technological, social, environmental and planning aspects of the Engineering field. It aims to encourage critical views, as well as new ideas, innovation, models and approaches in relation to theories and practice linking Engineering technology, and planning with the Society. Contributions are therefore sought from the disciplines of Engineering, Technology and Planning, with inter-disciplinary work being mostly welcome. Holistic and integrative work is encouraged. All articles are peer-reviewed anonymously by a minimum of two referees. The Editor-in-Chief, on behalf of the Editorial board, makes the final decision concerning publication.
